DESCRIPTION
Some of the duties of the role, along with the ideal candidate:
- Ideally you will have previous experience as a Senior Duty Manager in either food and beverage or Front Office in a hotel operation, however we are happy to look at someone at assistant manager or supervisor level as we can offer excellent training
- Overseeing all departments within the hotel
- Be responsible for back of house cleaning rosters
- Monitoring stock control
- A candidate with a passion for the hospitality industry and wants to progress their career
- You will be very customer focused and excellent at handling guest queries
- Responsible for the health & safety of all staff and customers
- You will be a great leader and motivator who can lead by example and deliver the best training to staff members
- Can work well as part of a team but also on own initiative
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Can legally work in Ireland fulltime with no restrictions
