Description
As a Credit Analyst II for TBC Shared Services, you will be responsible for underwriting credit, developing / maintaining internal and external relationships, monitoring risk, managing account risk tolerances, updating customer master data and policy compliance for TBC Credit.
Job Responsibilities
- Interface with sales organization to communicate credit decisions and ensure timely review of new, existing as well as customers brought on through acquisitions
- Negotiate documentation with customers to ensure credit extensions are properly secured
- Obtain signed security agreements from customers
- Make credit decisions within assigned authority
- Review and interpret financial statements along with outside credit agency reports (i.e D&B, Equifax) for the purpose of establishing / updating credit lines
- Assist in developing and standardizing written policy documentation related to the credit process.
- Initiate process improvement and quality reviews to simplify and improve productivity
- Resolve credit issues with customers
- Support TBC Code of Business conduct
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have 3 to 5 years of Underwriting experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in analyzing company financials
- SAP experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field
- Possess a senior level skill set in reading / interpreting financial statements for the purpose of underwriting credit
- Vast understanding of credit reporting agencies (D&B / Equifax)
- Prior experience with UCC filings and other security instruments used in underwriting credit
- Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
- Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and JDE
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Fast paced environment
- Some travel may be required
- Hybrid work platform: Monday and Tuesday onsite at 4300 PBC Way - Palm Beach, Gardens 33410 / Wednesday - Friday remotely
