We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about the outdoors and can bring that energy to our marketing team to help communicate our brand stories through digital, print, and physical channels. The Graphic Designer role at Liberty Mountain is unique as it provides an opportunity to not only take on creative projects but also dive into the business side of marketing. This position will be responsible for developing designs for print and digital advertisements, tradeshow displays, and brand promotional items like chalk bags and custom Nalgene’s. The Graphic Designer will additionally assist the marketing team to keep projects moving forward including but not limited to digital marketing strategies, internal events/initiatives, content creation, and other projects that may arise. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a love for the outdoors, a sufficient knowledge of gear, can multi-task, work with others easily, and comes to work full of ideas to keep Liberty Mountain moving forward. Main Responsibilities

• Create compelling, effective, and relevant design for print, digital and social advertising campaigns
• Support House/Exclusive brands development, specifically through marketing campaigns and assisting Product Development with packaging design
• Maintain consistency across brands in accordance with company standards and mission
• Remain up to date on outdoor culture and current industry trends, including latest gear innovations from the brands we carry

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist Web Merchandiser with web content, as needed
• Assist with Digital Marketing Specialist, with infographics, social media content, and email campaign graphics as needed
• Assist Photographer/Digital Asset Manager with photoshoots, as needed
• Assist Marketing Director with Tradeshow/Event planning and execution, as needed

Preferred Background/Experience

• 1+ Years Professional Graphic Design Experience
• Proficient Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator at a minimum)
• Experienced with Magento E-Commerce Platform, preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of and passion for outdoor recreation
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate, and stay organized under tight deadlines with a positive attitude and minimal guidance
