Receptionist:

Proficiently and efficiently handle all incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

Proficient and experience in using Electronic Medical Records.

Experience and knowledge of Health Insurance.

Schedule patients with the correct providers according to availability.

Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients and for respective provider(s)

Understand provider to patient flow and anticipate provider's next steps to the best of their ability.

Attend Monthly meetings.

Qualifications:

Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems HIGHLY preferred.

Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Excellent patient relation and customer services skills.

Must be professional, reliable and dedicated employee.

Prior experience working in a medical environment.

Open availability to work during weekdays possibly some Saturdays.

**Candidate must have ability and flexibility to work in the following locations, possibly on an alternating schedule or to fill in as needed.**

Paramus, NJ; Ramsey, NJ; Florham Park, NJ; Red Bank, NJ
