The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, assisting both the Parts Manager and Director of Supply Chain Management with the day-to-day leadership within the department, as well as serving as the lead representative in the department as required by above leadership. This role will also serve as a conduit between leadership and the Product Support team to help mitigate issues that may arise during daily operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the procurement and fulfillment of all Video Gaming Terminal (VGT) parts to achieve the highest level of service & customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Parts Manager with the generating the necessary schedules and logistics for material movements related to materials.
- Management and deployment of highly sensitive materials, including software components, to ensure service level and regulatory compliance standards are met.
- Aide the Parts Manager and Director of Supply Chain Management in maintenance of Min/Max stock levels to ensure needs are fulfilled.
- Physical and systematic receipts of items, including VGT parts and full VGT terminals, along with the necessary posting of said receipts to provide to the Finance department.
- Work with different business units to ensure that materials are readily available to complete requested jobs.
- Serve as the ranking leadership member, as necessary, if the Parts Manager or Director of Supply Chain Management are unavailable to resolve an issue/issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an inventory control environment, preferably in the Video Gaming industry.
- Proficiency in the following systems/programs:
- Microsoft Office suite
- Salesforce/CRM
- Oracle NetSuite ERP
- Demonstrated ability to generate tracking reports as it relates to inventory & asset management.
- Functional comprehension of company SOPs and Compliance standards, and a commitment to excellence in these areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Minimum of 21 years of age

- Protective clothing or equipment is required that may include gloves, helmets, steel-toed boots, or protective eyewear.
- The noise level in the work environment usually is moderate.
