The Engineering and Architecture Practice (EAP) for the Institutional Clients Group (ICG) is building out an Architecture Governance capability that will focus on ensuring architectural cohesion and delivering common standards and processes across ICG Technology.

The EAP is hiring an Architecture Governance Project Analyst to drive documentation, communication and project deliverable standards and consistency across the team.

Job Purpose:

This critical role will be within the ICG Architecture Governance function of the EAP. The successful candidate will be working with SMEs across the team to ensure quality project deliverables including requirements/user stories, status reports, plans and senior management updates across key transformational and regulatory initiatives.

The Project Analyst will be responsible for managing their own book of work by partnering with the wider team to understand priorities and time-sensitive deliverables. The Project Analyst will also promote standards and adoption of collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA etc.) to ensure consistency and cohesion across the entire team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish clear and concise standards and templates for documentation and communication
• Produce high-quality documentation and project artefacts
• Establish clear and concise standards for collaboration tools (SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence etc.) and ensure appropriate management & adoption
• Partner with SMEs within the team to understand book of work and priorities
• Effectively manage multiple deliverables across different timelines
• Bring transparency to a complex and varied workload
• Clearly identify risks and proactively manage mitigation
• Take ownership of various parts of a project / initiative with tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectation / requirements to make progress
• Coordinate and align reporting and communication
• Efficiently build strong working relationship with project management, risk & control and technology teams and partners

Experience:

• Expert user of SharePoint & JIRA (Confluence is a plus)
• Expert user of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel at minimum)
• Proven track record in producing quality project artefacts, including senior management reports within a technology or risk & controls domain
• Prior experience in defining document standards and driving adoption
