VVG is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Fontana, CA for following hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm!

What You’ll Do:
The Receptionist will maintain office operations by receiving, filing, mailing invoices, scanning and distributing communications, maintaining supplies and equipment, picking-up and delivering items, greeting and serving customers. The receptionist also maintains the lobby clean and attractive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions they may have
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
• Maintain the general office filing system
• Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including copy machine, computer and postage machine
• Additional tasks as required
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee room/file room
• Post flooring purchase orders
• Scan sort and file new truck MSOs
• Tag, store and log new truck keys
• Create new truck files
• Print deal backup, label deal jackets
• Filing

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of office administrative experience preferred
• Telephone skills
• Proficient in office software
• Excellent attention to detail skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professionalism

Compensation:

• Hourly $19-$21/hr. depending on experience and qualifications
• Full Time position
