What you will do:
We are looking for a TA Programme and Enablement Analyst who will report into the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition Enablement & Programmes to support with a wide range of recruitment initiatives as we scale our business.
Key responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the TA systems, including the ATS (Pinpoint) and other future systems we engage with.
- Provide training to new users of the ATS and provide any trouble shooting assistance to the existing users
- Support with vendor management (such as LinkedIn and Criteria Corp) as required
- Conducting research on new technologies, products, companies we may look to partner with (including job boards).
- Drive continuous improvement and redesign of processes and best practice
- Research on current industry trends and analyze the competitors
- Building and circulating survey’s for both candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback on our function.
- Work closely with others in the team across branding, reporting and technology when required
- Manage other strategic adhoc projects as required
Who you are
- 12 months recruitment or HR related experience
- Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle would be beneficial
- Experience with an ATS would be advantageous but not essential
- Must be open to change and be able to adapt well
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Capable of working on a wide scope of day-to-day tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills
