Panacea Health Care is currently looking for a full time Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) to provide RNAC coverage and support to our group of centers in Pennsylvania! Requirements of the Travel Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC):
- Registered Nurse (RN) with effective leadership & assessment skills in a long-term care setting with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in MDS.
- Ability to travel/ drive to any of the locations on a daily basis. May require some overnight stays.
- Proficient in PA CMI.
- Knowledge of the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM)
- Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) must have Medicare billing knowledge and experience.
- Experienced in Case Management within the MDS role
- Must have knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
