Alameda Electrical Distributors & California Service Tool is looking for a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to join and support the management of our warehouse staff and processes at our branch in Hayward, CA.

The work schedule for this role is from 2:00 p.m. to close

Responsibilities:

• Manage receiving, stocking, picking, staging, dispatch, and related processes efficiently and according to the established business processes
• Oversee all delivery routes to ensure they are running according to schedule and trucks are continually maintained in a clean and organized manner
• Ensure all customer orders and branch transfers received are 100% completed and are delivered on time
• Work daily to conduct continuous cycle counting to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy with respect to product location & count
• Assist the Branch Operations Manager in supervising Warehouse Team and acting as backup Branch Manager
• Lead by example with the highest degree of integrity, promote teamwork, and effectively communicate at all levels within the organization
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment for all associates as well as those visiting; immediately report all safety incidents and issues to the Branch Manager
• Work with Business Operations Team to process RGA’s
• Ensure that the building and grounds are continually maintained in a neat and organized manner
• Other duties as required or requested by the Branch Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required. 2-4 year college degree/certification preferred
• 2-5 years of related experience working in a similar or related industry
• 1 year minimum warehouse management experience
• Strong understanding of and experience with warehouse operations
• Experience with RF and Warehouse Management Systems preferred
• Understanding of shipping regulations and laws
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats
• Proficient leadership and project management skills; ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work Monday to Friday 2:00 p.m. - close
